Pastoral and Inclusion Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated and compassionate professional to lead our pastoral and inclusion provision. The Pastoral and Inclusion Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of high standards, emotional wellbeing and equity for all pupils. This role involves strategic oversight and operational management of behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and student welfare—ensuring that every child has the support they need to flourish both within and beyond the classroom.
